Katipunan Bank partnered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in conducting livelihood trainings for KBI’s microfinance clients.  More than 300 microfinance clients across Visayas and Mindanao participated in the trainings.  The clients not only learned methods of preparing processed foods and making handicrafts, but also techniques on how to better market the products that they create.  In fulfillment of Katipunan Bank’s promise to the “Katabang sa Kalampusan” to our clients, the Bank aims to provide microfinance clientele diverse opportunities to earn additional income and provide for the needs of their family.
