Katipunan Bank provides free Livelihood Trainings for its Microfinance Clients

With its continuous pursuit to be the community’s “Katabang sa Kalampusan”, Katipunan Bank in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) conducted livelihood skills training across Visayas and Mindanao.  These trainings include the following:

  • Paper Bag Making
  • Massage Therapy
  • Pouch Bag Making
  • Pencil Case Making
  • Bar Soap Making
  • Detergent Power Making
  • Wall Décor Making
  • Key Chain Making
  • Doughnut Making 
  • Macaroons & Cupcake Making
  • Chicharon Making

Katipunan Bank aims not only to provide its microfinance clients with free livelihood trainings but also the knowledge and skills that will help them establish additional income-generating activities to help uplift their economic condition.
