Katipunan Bank garnered the seat of Chairmanship in DOLE – Family Welfare Committee for a period of Four Years. The Chairman was made possible by virtue of election of KB representative, Cherryl Marie B. Caperida, VP for Human Resource Management Department during the conference.
This enabled KB to spearhead the implementation of Labor and Employment – Family Welfare Committee Program and activities for the entire province of Zamboanga del Norte.
Among the activities conducted for the year 2016 were, Regional Planning for DOLE Plan Activites in Sibugay on August 22-23, 2016, Gender Awareness and Sensivity Training at CL Inn Fastfood on November 18, 2016 and Information Awareness on the implementation of PHIC, SSI and Pag-ibig Program on December 7, 2016 at the ASCC Conference Hall.
