- Original copy of Court Order with Fiduciary’s appointment
- Original Copy of Court Order authorizing the Fiduciary to open a deposit account with Katipunan Bank.
SINGLE PROPIETORSHIP
- DTI Certificate of Registration
- Special Power of Attorney, if signed by a person other than the registered owner.
- Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit
- BIR Certificate of Registration
CORPORATION AND PARTNERSHIP (Additional requirement)
- SEC Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Registration issued by the Cooperative Development Authority and by the BSP for money changers, foreign exchange dealers and remittance agents.

- By-Laws
- Board/Partner’s Resolution duly certified by the Corporate/Partner’s Secretary authorizing the signatory to sign or enter into an agreement with Katipunan Bank on behalf of the entity. This must also contain the specimen signatures of the authorized signatories.
