CLIENT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Depositor aging 18 to 69 years old and must be in good health.
- Must have an existing time deposit of not less than Php 50,000.00 with the bank.
REQUIREMENTS
- One valid ID (with 3 specimen signatures)
- Three (3) pieces 1×1 or 2×2 ID picture (recent)
- Community Tax Certificate
- Original Copy of Certificate of Time Deposit with a minimum amount of Php 50,000.00
