Katipunan Bank in pursuit to develop a highly motivated workforce committed to service excellence is now in consortium with the Philippines’ Top 3 University in terms of Industrial and Organizational Development, specifically the University of San Carlos in Cebu.
On November 21, 2016, the Board of Directors through BR # 11-13-16 has chosen the proposal submitted by the San Carlos’ Center of Learning Excellence (CEL) headed by Dr. Allan Gozon, a renowned Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, to be the official provider of KB’s Management Development Program. This aims to equip all Katipunero Leaders to be globally competitive in fields of banking.
The kick-off activity was the ocular visit by renowned Organization/Industrial Psychologists namely, Paula Wang, former HR Manager of Mariott Hotel, and Allan Gozon, Center of Learning Excellence Manager of the Aboitiz Group of Companies in order to validate the training needs analysis as gathered by KB HRMD Team. Through the strengthened partmenrship, Katipunan Bank is expectant for a dynamic, well-rounded Katipunero Leaders in the future.
