On December 23, 2016, the bank reached out to give Christmas cheer and provisions to the residents of Barangay Nanginan, Katipunan, ZN and to the flood victims in Guinles, Polanco, ZN, Bolicon, Turno, Dipolog City, Mt. Sinai, Dicayas, Dipolog City and Sianib, Polanco, ZN respectively.
