OBJECTIVES

I.  To reach a total microfinance loan portfolio amounting to 1.3 billion with maximum portfolio mix of 45%       microfinance and 55% for other loan portfolio and a portfolio at risk of not more than 10% as of December  31, 2026.

II. To acquire technology and develop infrastructure to enable our clients to access to POS, mobile and internet banking by 2026.

 III.  To maintain at least 12% above industry standard for Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) as of December 31, 2026.

 IV.  To make Katipunan Bank an employer of choice.
